Saudi Arabia || For The First Time, A Female Biker Got A Motorbike Race License

For the first time in Saudi Arabia, a woman has been allowed to take part in a motorbike race.

According to Al-Arabiya.net, Dania Aqeel is the first Saudi woman to register as a license holder for a motorbike race.

According to the report, Dania has a master's degree in international trade and has also participated in the championship held in the United Arab Emirates.

Dania Aqeel says she initially learned to ride a four-wheeled motorbike in a sandy area and later began riding a two-wheeled motorbike while studying in the UK.

She practiced for several months after obtaining a learning license until he cleared the test.

She said that this hobby gave him the opportunity to learn many positive things in life and through this game one can learn to focus and feel responsible. She added that the sport requires restraint and fitness.

According to Dania, she received full support from the Saudi Ministry of Sports and eventually became the first woman to be licensed for a motorcycle race.

Dania added that she took many risks for the game and even had an accident once during training, but she was safe because of her helmet and the sport's special attire.

She said that while participating in the fifth race in Bahrain, he had another accident in which he fell from a motorcycle and suffered fractures in four places. However, he recovered and returned to the sport.

"I never thought it was a men's game because we are living in an age when Saudi women are being empowered," 

said Dania Aqeel, referring to society's tendency for women to ride motorcycles. All opportunities and fields are open for them to prove their ability and capability.


"I did not face any challenge or problem, my family has always supported me, and I also received social support locally," 

"I leave my future plans to the scribe of destiny and make decisions when the opportunity arises," 

Dania said. She added that she is enjoying being a part of the game, no matter what its future holds.
