Oman beat Papua New Guinea by 10 wickets in the opening match of the ICC T20 World Cup.
In the first match of the first round of the T20 World Cup, hosts Oman won the toss and elected to field first against Papua New Guinea. Papua New Guinea scored 129 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the allotted 20 overs while playing first. Achieved the target without any loss.
